It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.

I am so behind in blogging, and just the thought of how much I would possibly have to type, made me put it off that much longer…LOL! *shocked*
Our Christmas Holidays were wonderful! We went to Willow Lake, S.D. on the 22nd (my MIL’s b-day) and visited with Jace’s grandmother and parents and had lots of fun! We had Christmas at his grandmother’s house on the 22nd (his mom’s side of the family) – which included opening gag gifts! That is always fun-everyone ends up laughing so much! Lots of his aunts, uncles & cousins show up, and it’s a great time! *grin* On the 23rd, we had Christmas at his parents house, then dinner over at his grandmother’s. On the 24th, we drove to Watertown (45 min. away) to his Uncle Jerry & Aunt Carol’s house for a get together on his dad’s side of the family. It was a lot of fun! That evening, on Christmas Eve we came back home, and spent Christmas Eve and Christmas together at home. *love*
Christmas Day was great! Jacey got lots of goodies, and loved every one of them! I got my hubby several gifts, and he did for me as well. My most favorite gift from him was a fancy photo printer, that is also an All-in-one! It copies, prints & scans! *up* I’ve printed out several photos from over the holidays, and they look awesome–so professionally done! I am super excited! *bounce*
We’ve got some snow since Christmas, and have had a few days where it was really nice to go out & play. (Where it’s not too cold,). I’ve taken so many pictures, and it feels like it’s taken me forever to edit them all and post them to Flickr. (I’m still not done!) Ha ha!
I had my prenatal appointment on the 26th, and all is well. It looks like our babe is lying transverse (side to side), which probably explains those sharp rib pains I’ve been having every so often. I was up 2 lbs, now up to 160.0, and my glucose test came back normal! *YAY*
Right now Jace is putting together a closet system for the baby’s room. We have been busy doing little things to prepare for her arrival. We still have to do the trim in her room, and put on the closet door, and the entry door to her room. We’re getting there, though!
Ok, I’ve gotta run for now. There’s more to write, but it’s time to eat! I’ll update again soon!
