Doctor Appointment Update

In case you all are wondering, no baby yet..lol! I did however make it to my appointment yesterday, and had the doctor strip my membranes to get things going. I have to say, that hurt like HECK! Geez, that was painful! *sure* I am now a good 2 centimeters dilated and still at 90% effaced. She said the stripping of the membranes can get things going within 48 hours. So keep your fingers crossed for us! We hope it’s soon! *blush*

I am 39 weeks today! I almost can’t believe it, I thought for sure this little one would come a little earlier..ha ha!! Well, one good thing is that the doctor could totally feel the baby’s head when she checked me. She is really low, and ready to go! *wink*

Jace’s parents are coming this weekend to stay with us, in case I go into labor. I hope that I do….and that that painful stripping of the membranes wasn’t for nothing..lol!
