Hope you all had a great extended weekend–for those of you who had President’s Day off. My hubby did and we enjoyed having extra time together. I hope everyone had a sweet Valentines Day as well!
My hubby surprised me and our girls with jewelry this year! He got me a beautiful chunky turquoise bracelet and got the girls birthstone earrings. Jadyn’s ears aren’t pierced, but will be in the future…so we will save hers until then. 😉 [pics are on Flickr]
I also gave the girls treat bags filled with goodies like cute socks, snacks, etc. Jadyn got a little pink puppy, and Jacey got a pink heart shaped pillow. 🙂 They loved their surprises! I dressed them in their valentines day shirts that I bought them, and they were so cute. We ate lunch at Space Aliens, then took the girls to dino playland for a bit of fun.
Also this past weekend, I replaced the hardware on Jadyn’s dresser with clear glass handles. They are really pretty! Ok, so my hubby actually did it..but I painted another coat of paint on the dresser..lol!
Aren’t they pretty!? This is a 6-drawer dresser, but the pic only shows half of it… 😉
Oh, and my baby girl Jadyn turned 11 months old on Monday (the 16th)! One month until her birthday!
