I won the auction!
Well, I won the auction that I bid on! A whole lighting set-up for my little mini-makeshift studio. I’m really excited! When I say makeshift/mini studio..I mean the little studio I will create in our living room. There is plenty of room in there, but it won’t always be up. I will put it up/take
Our Wednesday..
It started out great….. I took the girls to dino playland (at the mall), and they had a blast! We then grabbed lunch, and did a little bit of shopping. They really enjoyed themselves, as did I! 🙂 It was when we left that things went bad! As were were leaving the parking lot-backing out…ourselves

Oh the wait is killing me…LOL! My speedlight flash comes today…I am so excited! Hurry up UPS man, c’mon! lol ALSO: I bid on a studio lighting kit on ebay-and am crossing my fingers that I win it. 😉 I always seem to forget to check back, and half of the time, lose the item…LOL.
A 3 day weekend
Hope you all had a great extended weekend–for those of you who had President’s Day off. My hubby did and we enjoyed having extra time together. I hope everyone had a sweet Valentines Day as well! My hubby surprised me and our girls with jewelry this year! He got me a beautiful chunky turquoise bracelet

Cupcake anyone?
Jacey & I made these cupcakes on Sunday evening. It was fun-as always baking with Jacey. She really loves to do the decorating. As you can see on some of those cupcakes-she loves to pile on the toppings. 😉 Can you guess which ones she did? [Pretty much all of them, but a select few..LOL!]
