We had a fun time at Jacey’s Preschool open house…which is actually really called Parent’s Night, I believe… My only wish that was my hubby could be there as well, but he was in Wisconsin for work. 🙁 {He had been since Monday….}
Anyways-there were lots of people there, and Jacey got to meet other kids, the teachers, play, and check out everything. We even saw our neighbor Ryleigh there who is going to preschool this year as well. Only she will be going on different days than Jacey. I am actually glad, though–because this will give Jacey the opportunity to meet other kids and not “stick to” someone she knows. I think it will help her a lot with making new friends and coming out of her shell. She tends to be shy in new situations. (But quickly gets over it) 😉
Jacey is SUPER excited, and as we were pulling into the parking lot-she squealed with excitement and said “Mommy, I’m so excited!”. It was sooooo cute! 😀
She starts in just under 2 weeks–I can hardly believe it! My little Jacey is growing up!
