Ok-this is the dumbest thing! Yesterday I heard this huge crash and I ran into the room where Jacey was. My first thought was something fell. I asked her what that sound was and she said it came from outside. We both walk over to the patio doors and look out on the deck……
Oh my freaking goodness!!! Listen to this-ok!?! (Not that you can actually hear me..lol)
The umbrella on our patio set got lifted up by the wind (never mind that it was screwed in & should not have come up), and I mean ALL the way up–then crashed back down onto our GLASS table! The table completely shattered into a gazillion pieces! It was a huge honkin’ mess!! I really wish I had taken a picture of it-because it was just unbelievable!!
It was a big rectangular table and a nice one at that! Grrrrr! I just couldn’t believe it–and neither could my hubby when I called him. How stupid, right!?! Needless to say we need to buy a new table, and am unsure if we want a glass one again..lol. Now to find one that matches the rest of our set…hmmmph! :-s
