Jacey's Awana Achievement

Last night Jacey had her Awana Club Meeting. We went a bit early, because before every meeting, they serve all of the kids & their families supper. Last night was hot dog and bratwurst night, with all of the fixin’s! 🙂

When the meeting was over, Jacey came home with new badges to be sewn on her vest! She also came home with 9 bucks! Not real money, but “pretend” dollars that they receive for the points they get. They get points for bringing their bible, their handbook, learning the scriptures, etc. Jacey had learned 2 new scriptures and recited them at her meeting. She also recited the scripture that she learned the week before. I was so excited to see that her teacher had signed off in her booklet, stating that she learned them! 🙂
I am so proud of her! She loves going and learning, and I’m so happy for her!

Now, if I can figure out how I can get her badges sewn onto her vest…LOL! I don’t sew!! Haha, maybe I should learn!! 😉
