Making a difference…

Lately I’ve been thinking a lot. Have I been doing what I can to help others? Well, I want to start doing more!
Just the other day, I started sponsoring a 17 year old girl in Guatemala named Luisa. I’ve been wanting to do this for a long time. I sent off for more information…and when I got it in the mail and saw her picture…I knew I would do this! I didn’t expect to get a photo of an older child. I guess I was expecting a younger child…but I knew that I could help make a difference in this girl’s life! God was telling me that this girl is the perfect fit for me–and I for her. 🙂 I’m really excited to get my first letter from her, and to write her as well. 😀
