Couponing & Striking a few deals

Let me just say that I have always loved to use coupons….but it wasn’t until TLC’s new show “Extreme Couponing” that I really started putting time & effort into couponing. I am nowhere near as extreme as the people on the show, but I want to get as close as possible…LOL! No, really. I love deals, who doesn’t? I want to make my buck go as far as it can possibly go.
So, I’ve decided to put together a coupon binder. I already have the organization bug in me. I always like things in their place, labeled, sorted, you name it. I already have a big binder of recipes sorted by categories, so you know this whole “sorting your coupons” thing to me…..seems like FUN! 🙂 I placed my order for all of my supplies, and am just waiting patiently for it to arrive. I told my hubby that I am just DYING to get my goodies and get it all together & organized. 😉

Anyways, with that said…I got a great deal on some toilet paper yesterday!

All for $1.16/each w/ coupons. I SO would have bought more, but I only had 4 coupons. I think the hard part is scoring as many coupons as I would like. Websites limit how many you can print, so that’s where I think I really need to get creative!
I mean, obviously you get coupons out of the Sunday paper, and other mags, websites, etc.. but what I wonder is how these people on the show can for example buy 100 vitamin waters, and have 100 coupons for them. Where the heck are they getting them? LOL!

Anyways, I’m excited to see how cheap I can get things for..hehe! Free even! Stay tuned!
