Look what I found in my local thrift store last weekend! I was so excited when I saw it–and that it was only .99!
I originally bought it-thinking it probably didn’t work, and just loved it because it was a canon and it was old. I was just going to put it on my shelf. (I love old cameras!) Plus it was only .99!
Well, I loaded some film into it and found out the film advance was not working properly. It was trying to advance, but the little wheel just didn’t have enough “oomph” to turn it all the way. I found out that it may be solved by cleaning the battery compartment with an eraser head, or it may just have a worn out motor. So, I’m going to give that a try and see what happens. It would be great to shoot some pictures with it…but if not, nevertheless, I am still glad I found it! 🙂
