School Shopping

I can’t believe I am already school shopping for my girls–and we haven’t even taken vacation yet! Vacation is coming soon. We are taking it a little later in the summer than we have been for the last few years….but it’s coming! As for the school shopping part–I like to be prepared. Jacey is starting 1st grade this year, and Jadyn is starting preschool. I picked up Jacey’s school supplies on her list already-and she’s already chosen a backpack for school. I wanted her to choose one while the selection was still great! 😉
Jadyn has just a handful of supplies that I need to pick up for her, which I will probably accomplish today. She picked out a small backpack last week. She really doesn’t “need” a backpack but she’s starting preschool and wanted to have a backpack like big sister. 🙂 I just can’t believe the time has come that both my girls are in school! Well, preschool for Jadyn is only 2 days a week (3 hrs per day), but nevertheless, it’s still school. 😯 My girls are getting so big, so fast! What happened to my babies?
