I’ve been watching a lot of DIRECT TV lately and you know who I’m just obsessed with? That Juliana Rancic girl that’s on E! who just underwent all this breast cancer stuff. Apparently she was trying to get pregnant and had fertility treatments and then they found out while she was doing it that she had breast cancer. She’s since had a double mastectomy and she’s been talking about it on the Today show and places like that. I just love that she’s so resilient and so candid about her whole ordeal and can you imagine anything worse than hoping to go in and find out you’re pregnant and finding out you’ve got cancer instead? I just really admire and respect people who can overcome things like this and you know, that’s what you’ve got to do in this situation. There’s something to be said for picking yourself up and just going and that’s what is required of you when you’re sick like this – you’ve got to keep on keeping on, as my dad would say.
