It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.

So it’s called Spring Break, but it’s more like a 2nd winter break here in ND. 😉
Trying to keep my girls busy all day with activities and also keep them from annoying each other (for a week) can be a task. Especially when the weather keeps you inside. Here are a few things we’ve done–with pics!
Monday–Activities at home, then off to the mall. We got smoothies, walked around the mall, saw the aquarium…then went grocery shopping afterwards!
Tuesday–We Spent time at the library, and left with 18 books! 😀
We also went to the DOLLAR TREE to pick up craft supplies & Easter decor.
Hopped over to Target to grab milk & a few things before the winter storm is upon us. We ate lunch at the Target cafe after shopping! The girls love going there to eat…lol. Jacey likes the pretzels and the icees! Jadyn like the pizza hut cheese pizza! 😉
By the way, I picked up this super cute birdie & bunny at the Target dollar spot ($2.50)! Love them!
So today is Wednesday–LEAP DAY! We woke to a LOT of snow this morning and it’s a bit windy. No crazy storm like predicted, but still not so pretty out for getting out & about.
Maybe today we will learn about LEAP DAY and have a popcorn & movie day in our pj’s! Yay! Who wouldn’t love that!? 😉
Also, a great site for print outs like worksheets & coloring pages is education.com. They have a wide selection of printouts for kids of all ages. My girls love the worksheets that I print from there. It’s fun for them – and educational too! Those play a part in our days at home as well!
The girls have AWANA tonight, but we are waiting to see if it is a go, or if it will be cancelled due to the weather. (The storm could just be delayed).
So, that’s been our week so far. I’m hoping Spring comes early so we can get out & do more–outdoors. The winter has been pretty mild this year, so I won’t really complain!

Hey there! I’m Sandy!
