Hey folks! It’s that time again. Time to get some color on this pale white skin of mine! There is NO WAY I’m gonna walk around in capris or shorts with THESE white legs…haha! So here’s is what I have started using. Banana Boat – Summer Color, it looks like this:

I have only used it twice so far, but here are the things I like about it.

1. It does NOT stink like chemicals..LOL! You know how some self tanner smell, right? This one is pleasant. At least I think so.
2. It is very moisturizing!
3. It dries fast.
4. The color is nice.
5. It works!

I’ve used self tanner in the past that seem to still have that “sticky” or “tacky” feeling even a half an hour later. HATE that! This one seems to dry pretty quickly & feels nice on the skin. It doesn’t give you that sticky feel. I like the color it gives, and after just one use I had a nice color. I can see myself using this every 2 or 3 days.

I haven’t yet had a chance to see how it fades. You know, if you skip a few days or a week, and your “tan” fades. Well, some of the other self-tanners I have used faded AWFUL. Patchy, and gross looking! I don’t want to look like that…do you? Well, it is a must to exfoliate before self tanning. If you have dry areas, like knees, feet, ankles, etc..you will want to exfoliate in the shower first. It makes a big difference…gets all of the dead skin–GONE.

So, I will keep you updated on how I like it after using it longer. So far, I do like it! 😉

Do you use a self tanner? If so, what kind? What brand? Do tell! I would love to hear about it!

This post was written by me, with my honest opinions. I purchased this self tanner and am in no way affiliated with the company above.
