Quick & Easy dessert for one!

Look at this! This super fast & easy cake in a mug is a sweet treat for when you are craving something & want it quick!

I found this “recipe” on Pinterest and had to try it! I believe it’s called 1-2-3 cake!
All you need is a box of cake mix (any flavor you like) and a box of angel food cake mix. (One of the mixes HAVE to be angel food cake mix). You just mix all of it together and store in an air-tight container. Whenever you want a sweet treat just take 3 tbs of the mixture, put it in a mug, stir in 2 tbs of water and microwave for 1 minute! Then you have a treat for yourself, ready to eat! It’s low calorie and low fat, and will satisfy your sweet tooth.

You can do add-ins like nuts or chocolate chips, or afterwards add cool whip /whipped cream on top….or ice cream. Try it…you might like it!

We have tried it with chocolate cake mix, but I also bought a lemon one to try as well. 😉
