Back to School

Wow, can you believe its that time of year again? Already! My daughter Jacey starts 2nd grade this year and is excited. Of course she has those worries as I’m sure all kids do about the 1st day. I’m sure she will do great. We just reassure her that she isn’t the only one that is a little bit nervous and that the feelings will go away quickly, as she meets new friends 😉

So yesterday evening was “Back to School” night. Jacey met her teacher & she seemed really nice. She got to see her classroom and where everything was. She saw where her locker is, and who would be in her class. It’s funny how noone that was in her 1st grade class is in her 2nd grade class this year. Well, at least not that we seen, I could be wrong. I guess she will find out for sure tomorrow. Yes, tomorrow is the 1st day! 🙂

As for Jadyn (my 4 yr old), she doesn’t start her 2nd year of preschool until the beginning of September. She’s excited about going back too!

Well, I will update again soon.I’ll post a couple of pics as well. I ALWAYS have to get the 1st day of school pic. Every year I get the girls to stand on the front porch on their first day and snap a photo of them. It’s our tradition! 😀
