I love Christmas time! There are so many different recipes and crafts that my girls and I love to do. I, however am one of those moms….that no matter how I try to be relaxed, I do get a little frazzled about the mess being made. I try to let it go and tell myself it can all be cleaned up….no biggie! 😉
For example, my girls and I just got finished making salt dough and cutting out shapes for ornaments. It was a lot of fun, yet it can get messy. Flour everywhere (because little hands like to play with it), and cookie cutters strewn about. I didn’t let it bother me too much, because we are making memories and having fun. PLUS–we have a container of wipes like Wet Ones nearby so that my counter tops and little hands can get cleaned up in a jiffy!
