Awana-Crazy hat night!

So last night was CRAZY HAT NIGHT at Awana. Fun! Fun! Fun! I decided to come up with something quite silly for Jadyn to wear. Jacey had already decided that she wanted to wear a silly hat that she already had. So, I only needed to come up with one hat.

I picked up a hat at the thrift store for .75 and went from there! I already had beads and all of the goodies at home. [Except for the flowers, I got them at the thrift store, too!]

Here it is—finished!

Quite wacky, right!? I added her name on it with beads as well as “Crazy Hat” spelled out in beads. There are some dried colored noodles thrown in, too!

As for Jacey’s hat….we searched high and low for that crazy hat, and it was nowhere to be found. She didn’t seem to mind much, though. Jadyn was way more into this than Jacey was anyways. Jacey did not want to wear a different hat…she was quite content with “no hat”..lol! 🙂
