This is a guest post from Kolter Communities.

My wife and I had been in contact with and wasting our time with several different possible builders for approximately 2 months before we randomly found Kolter Communities through one of my wife’s co-workers. Both my wife and I work full-time so the thought of trying to manage a project of this scale from start-to-finish seemed daunting. It is. Find an amazing builder like Kolter and let them do it.

All of the builders we spoke to before Kolter. were either not responsive or pushed much of the work back on us. When I made that first call and immediately knew this was the right company. They reassured us that they could handle everything and that it was a pretty straightforward project, which we thought as well but had been told otherwise by other builders since we were looking for a more custom look than the typical cookie cutter builders.

We setup an initial consultation about the model that we loved and the process began. We met in person at our home and in two hours with us he had designed the kitchen of our dreams. We immediately felt confident that this was absolutely the company we should be working with on the project and felt frustrated we hadn’t found them before. Hence, my little write up now.

Kolter’s people have worked with us throughout the process from picking out cabinetry, granite and tile to making additional recommendations in the house on things we would have never thought of. Our project manager has kept me updated and has kept everything on schedule and on budget. As I mentioned, we have just started construction but so far everything has been incredible. I have been extremely happy with Kolter Home Builders and would recommend them for anyone that wants the experience of a seasoned home builder but also interested in that custom look.
