Today is the day! She was in an upbeat mood today, although a little nervous. This morning I took some photos of her out on the front porch, and a few as she & her friends were getting on the bus. I wanted to get a photo of her & her friends at the bus stop, but she wasn’t having it. She was a little quiet…and a bit nervous about the first day of school. She wasn’t the only one, and I told her that. She is excited about seeing old friends and making new ones. She has a really nice teacher, too.

I can hardly wait to hear about her day when she gets home. I have prayed that her day goes well and that God keep her in his hands. 🙂

Please remember to pray for our kids as they go out to school. Pray that God keep them safe, and help them make the right decisions, and choose their friends wisely.
