My family loves to eat out. (We probably do a little more than we should actually.) More and more, even when eating out these days, you can choose quality, delicious food…and not just fast food.

I recently took a look at the Fall Seasonal Menu over at P.F. Chang’s. Everything looked SO delicious, that I am not sure I could easily choose. Honestly, I am one of those people that take forever to decide on what to order, and P.F. Chang’s fall seasonal menu does not help with that issue.  😉

Okay, if I had to narrow it down, it would be between the 

VIETNAMESE NOODLES WITH STEAK & SHRIMP 

This Pho-inspired dish blends the bright flavors of hoisin, sriracha, cinnamon and coriander with rice noodles, marinated shrimp and flank steak, wok-tossed with Chinese broccoli, carrots and bean sprouts, topped with fresh cilantro.

CRISPY KOREAN CHICKEN WINGS

Served lollipop-style with house-made sweet & spicy red chili sauce, sprinkled with scallions and sesame seeds.

 

Don’t they both look delicious!? My mouth is watering right now!

P. F. Chang’s has always been known for quality food, and these fall dishes intrigue me even more. Not only do they have new entree’s, but they also have new drinks and desserts this fall. Isn’t that exciting?

I was so excited about the Seasonal Fall menu, that I decided to put together a little something, a recipe with 3 of the ingredients from the Fall Seasonal Menu: Flank Steak, Scallions and corn. {I used baby corn}

I created a delicious stir fry with those ingredients, as well as broccoli, teriyaki sauce and rice! It was quite tasty! 😉

There is also something else new and exciting going on at P.F. Chang’s. The The Goodness of Fall Contest !

This will be fun! This is how it works:

Contestants will create three unique dishes for fall that will include three of the seasonal ingredients used in the fall seasonal menu. The top five recipes will then be submitted to a panel of judges which includes:  Philip Chiang-the cofounder of P.f. Chang’s, Yuji Iwasa-head development chef at P.F. Chang’s, Mary Melton-director of beverage at P.F. Chang’s, and Jennifer Chong-a prominent blogger partner.

Prizes will be: A $50 P.F. Chang’s gift card (daily)

The grand prize winner (and 1 guest of their’s) will win a two night trip to Napa in the Spring  of 2014!
