Life on the Prairie {camp}

Today Jacey started “Life on the Prairie” day camp. At this camp, Jacey will step back in time and experience school in a 1-room schoolhouse & learn about Native American traditions, as well as experience a pioneer school lesson, make fry bread and hand crafted items.

It’s a 2 day, day camp, and it is at Bonanzaville. We love Bonanzaville. You may have seen my older posts about our visits there, and I have a lot of photos on Flickr as well.

Today was the first day, and she loved it. When I picked her up, they were working on learning embroidery. She told me she had lots of fun, and can’t wait to go back! 😀

I love that our town has things like this that kids can learn from, while having fun doing so! 😀
