Kids Email.org! {safe e-mail for kids!}

I wanted to talk a little bit about this new website: KidsEmail.org What is it all about? Well, basically it is email for kids. To elaborate, it is a safe environment for kids to use and/or learn about email. It gives them the freedom to use email, but safely with parental controls that you set.

I wanted to teach my 2 girls all about email. They are 6 and nearly 9. I don’t expect that my 6 year old will be using it regularly for awhile, but I actually thought it would be a great way to learn keyboard skills. Plus it’s fun to send daddy {or the grandparents} an e-mail to say hi every once in awhile. 😉
My older daughter is at that age where I want to teach her to use it. She has good keyboard skills, and I want her to learn to use email properly and safely, so that she can send e-mails occasionally to her cousins or friends, or other family members.
