I found this recipe on Pinterest. I was looking for fun ideas and things to make for my girls’ lunch boxes. You know, something other than a sandwich. Some different. Something fun. Something yummy.
I made big muffins, and I made mini muffins..and let me just say…these were a big hit! My girls loved them! 🙂
This recipe makes a lot. This isn’t even all of them!
What is great, is that they freeze well. So make a huge batch and freeze them! They will be ready to grab and pop right into your child’s lunch box, and will be perfectly thawed and ready to eat by lunch time! 🙂
