Our new patio & landscaping!

We are so excited that we finally got some yard work done! 😀
We got a bit of landscaping done and added a paver patio to our back yard. So to give you an idea of how it looked before, here are a few photos of the yard before.

This is the area around and under our deck. Not very pretty, huh?
We’ve never done anything with the space underneath the deck, so it was all dirt and patches of dead grass.

Here is just part of the yard on one side of the deck.

Here are a couple of progress shots. Yes, taken out of the window, haha!

And all finished! This took about 3 days, and they were done.

We had ornamental {tall} grass planted around the edge of the patio–the back side of it. It will grow tall and camouflage the air conditioning unit and wires on the house. The shrub will also grow taller and provide some privacy. 😉

{The white spots that you see, is something they sprayed on the pavers, that has now faded.} 🙂

We really like how it turned out, and next spring I will more than likely plant some more flowers and plants around the back yard. 🙂
