The idea of this is okay, however the product I received was in bad shape. The box was dusty and torn. The product itself had a tube that was warped, so it was VERY difficult to put together. After a long period of frustration, I finally got it put together and installed…thanks to my hubby. It stays up very well in the window. I was concerned about that, but it’s pretty solid. I am now just waiting for my cat to give it a chance. Cats can be picky, so I will give it time. 🙂
The product I received and the shape it was in may have just been an isolated incident–to be fair.
