Lavender Oil has TONS of benefits and here are just a few:
Helps Improve Mood, Helps fight Insomnia, Calms the Mind and also helps neutralize Stress and Anxiety

Another large bottle of essential oil that I was excited to try! I have to say, that I liked this oil better than I thought I would. 😉
It is a large bottle, so it lasts! I have used this in my diffuser, in roll-on oil recipes, and in many other recipes. The scent is really nice, too.
This oil is 100% pure, undiluted Lavender Essential Oil, and is therapeutic grade.

I’d say that is worth giving a try for sure! 🙂
