This list is for those of you who have wavy to curly hair. If you are struggling with your curly hair, I highly recommend these products! {contains affiliate links}
Also, I recommend reading this book:
Right now, it is free on Kindle Unlimited. 😉 There are so many great tips in this book. I am 47 years old and am just now hearing about some of these and starting to use them in my routine. 🙂
On to the list!
Mixed Chicks leave in conditioner and Curl Sculptor
Before when I thought of leave in conditioners, I thought of it weighing my hair down and not doing a thing for frizz or curl definition. This one is AMAZING! It’s like it acts as a conditioner, but also a curl cream as well. I love it! The curl sculptor is amazing as well. I will always have these 2 products in my bathroom! 😀
Satin Sleeping Caps
Microfiber Hair Towel
Soft Cotton Hair Drying/Plopping Towel
Plopping is the process of tying curly hair up into a T-shirt or towel so that it preserves the curls and prevents frizz. To plop your hair, you’ll want to wash your hair beforehand and apply a moisturizing product such as leave-in conditioner.
Okay, isn’t this cute!? I don’t own this, but am considering it for its cute factor..LOL!
Just taking a little extra care and trying some new techniques can make all of the difference. I also recently switched my shampoo and conditioner to sulfate and silicone free products. I am also in the process of trying various other curly hair products, so I will update if I find others that I love!
Thanks for reading!
