I recently had the opportunity to try Eggland’s Best eggs. I’ve heard about them before, but have never bought them. Well, the nice folks over at Eggland’s Best sent me coupons so that I could try their eggs for free! They also send me quite a few goodies as well. See photo below!

Isn’t that an awesome gift package?

I really enjoyed using all of the things that were sent to me. I made a couple of recipes that turned out quite nicely! One was deviled eggs…which by the way, I have never made before. They turned out spectacular! Even my 7.5 year old daughter ate them, which surprised me! 😉

My hubby also makes a mean egg scramble complete with eggs (of course), cheese, potatoes, and onions. Talk about delicious! 😉

In the process, I learned that Eggland’s Best eggs have double the amount of Omega-3’s, 10 times more vitamin E, 3 times more vitamin B-12, and twice the amount of vitamin D (compared to other eggs)!
That is good news! I know that my family & I are getting our much needed nutrients. Especially my kids…who don’t always want to eat their veggies. 🙄
