I have really been enjoying using these bath salts from Adovia. I love the fact that it is actually salt from the Dead Sea…not just any salt. 😉 Salts of the Dead Sea have been used for centuries to provide relief and soothe your body.

I keep these out in my bathroom, so that anytime I take a bath, I use them. They are also wonderful to use as a body scrub, when you mix up a few other ingredients like coconut oil (or any other carrier oil) and a few drops of your favorite essential oils.

I have used epsom salts in the past, but have really found that Adovia Dead Sea Bath Salts are way better. They dissolve so much faster and give you relief from tired and aching muscles…and any number of skin problems that you may have. I highly recommend them. 🙂

UPDATE:
My skin has shown such an improvement. I’ve been taking a dead sea salt {detox} bath about twice a week for a few months now. Sometimes only once a week. The skin on my legs and the back of my arms has totally improved. I used to have sort of bumpy skin on the back of my upper arms. They would also sometimes be somewhat red. They no longer are at all! I kid you not..LOL! Also on my upper legs, above my knees would get razor bumps and I hated that so much! Those are 100% gone as well. My upper legs look so smooth and bump free now. I can’t tell you how happy I am! 😀
