Oh, I was so very excited to be able to try these essential oils by one of my most favorite beauty supply companies. I just love Instantural! They make so many wonderful, quality products. I have tried many of them, and have been really impressed!

When I got these essential oils for review, the first thing that I noticed was just how big the bottles were. 4 ounces each! They smell so good, too! I knew that I wanted to make some DIY bath & beauty products.

About Peppermint Oil:

These oils are great used in a diffuser, or like I said in bath and beauty recipes you may be interested in making. I have made a couple of different detox baths with my essentials oils, coconut oil, and Adovia’s Dead Sea Salts.

These are Lavender lotion bars that I made. They are so delightful and smell so good!

I have also made lip balm with the peppermint essential oil and they turned out great! 😀

I am sure by now you have heard all of the buzz about essential oils and what they can do. They are a great addition to any household.

Lavender Essential Oil is great to help eliminate pain, ease tension and anxiety, disinfect the skin and enhance blood circulation…among other things.

Peppermint Essential Oil has been known to help with headaches, concentration, digestion and more.

I know that I have rubbed Lavender oil on my oldest daughters feet at night to help relax her, and it has worked. 🙂
