By now, we all know that fish oil is beneficial to our health, right?
Fish oil taken daily can help improve brain function & memory, it can lower your risk of heart disease, and it can reduce symptoms of osteoarthritis, among other things. There are a lot of benefits from adding fish oil to your diet.
The downfall is that a lot of times the pills are so big that it can be hard to swallow them, especially every single day, and if you take more than one. I am one who just can’t swallow large pills at all. No way, forget it.
What I like about Omega 3 Supreme Fish Oil is that they are a lot smaller than your average multi-vitamin or other fish oil supplement. I am super pleased about that! 😀
