Egg Muffin Cups for your Keto Lifestyle!

These are so easy to make, and you can customize them in many different ways! They are around 2 net carbs each, depending on your ingredients. 🙂

They are great for breakfast, so filling and so good for you. Not to mention they taste delicious! 😀

I made 12 of these with 10 large eggs, bacon, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder. You can use bacon, sausage, ham, or no meat at all. Totally up to you! I have made these before with spinach, ham and cheese and they were awesome! 😉
